Above: Russell Thompson's 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass.  Russell Thompson has been the lead programmer at Check Assist since 2000.  Russell is responsible for the planning and development of all Check Assist software programs, computer systems as well as overseeing and managing three other programmers in his department.   Below: What you get when it doesn't all come together correctly...  During a race at 5 Flags Speedway in September, Russell was in hot contention for the faster line.  Unfortunately for Russell, the outside wall became a factor, resulting in a severely damaged car.  And if that all wasn't enough, a broken fuel line created a fire in the cockpit, providing Russell with the motivation to exit the car rapidly.
