• Check Assist develops and markets a Point of Purchase (POP) solution using the Pinnacle Palm, Verifone 3750 terminal as well as with a PC based version.
• Used in hundreds of locations, Check Assist develops and markets Check Chase software to merchants and financial institutions for the purpose of creating RCK transactions for NSF checks and electronic or paper transactions for the associated state authorized fees. Check Chase software contains numerous collection features to facilitate these activities. 
• Check Assist develops and markets Lockbox Express software to companies or financial institutions receiving large volumes of checks through the mail or a lockbox for the purpose of converting the checks into ARC transactions.
• Check Assist has maintained a verification system since 1990 containing bad check and verification data. Among other things, the verification system allows merchant specified velocity levels and maximum check amount validation.

• Founded in 1990 as a check collection agency.
• Developed CAPS verification system.
• Began processing RCK transactions in 1998.
• Company moved from check collection agency to software provider / ACH processor in 1998
• Developed Check Chase software to provide the retail industry with an easy to use check management and collection tool.  Check Chase gives companies the ability to electronically recover their NSF items through the RCK process .  Check Chase also supports traditional check recover methods, such as creating letter writing campaigns, referring non-paying checkwriters to the State or District Attorney's office and reporting to the Credit Bureau.
• Developed Transaction Manager as a file import system for processing ACH files.
• Developed Payment Plus software to generate recurring ACH debits.
• Developed Telesoft software to allow easy generation of ACH debits by small businesses.
• Developed Lockbox Express software to allow medium to large business convert lockbox checks to ARC transactions.
• Telesoft software upgraded to allow businesses to do TEL, ARC, PPD, CCD, & POP transactions. Telesoft grew to include recurring payments, credit card options and check verification and was renamed eSoftPayment.
• Developed point-of-purchase (POP) solution to coexist with credit card applications on a Verifone 3750.
• Expanded verification offering to include access to the Star^® network.
• Member of NACHA's Electronic Check Council 1998 - 2006.
• Joined Southern Financial Exchange in 2004.
• Joined ALACHA in 2004. 
• Added a full time Accredited ACH Professional to the Check Assist team for the purpose of monitoring and maintaining the highest standards of ACH compliance.
• Developed the patent pending VeriPizza API to eliminate returned check problems in the food delivery industry.
